As we stand on the cusp of 12 years of Krisala Developers, let’s take a look back at our journey so far, and take a moment to appreciate the milestones in our fulfilling history…
Mr. Omprakash Agarwal, the father of the three young directors of Krisala Developers – Mr. Sagar Agarwal, Mr. Aakash Agarwal and Mr. Vishal Agarwal,
inspired his sons to pursue their interest in real estate. And thus began the journey of Krisala Developers.
The brand “Krisala Developers” was born. Our first project, Krisanta Skyline, a project of 1 & 2 BHK Homes was developed at Dehu Road, Kiwale.
We launched our second project, Palash, offering 1 & 2 BHK homes at Kiwale.
Having received an overwhelming response for our first two projects, the demand for Krisala Homes in the locality was on the rise. We launched our third project, Padmaja at Kiwale.
Krisala Developers was on the rise. Motivated by the success of our earlier, hubmler projects, we launched two more projects – Adora in Ravet and Magia Avenue in Mamurdi. This was the first time we at Krisala Developers were moving out of Kiwale.
41 Etasha was launched at Kiwale.
Adora and 41 Etasha were both smashing successes! Both projects were sold out within 2 months of their launching, and possession was given a short 18 months thereafter.
Krisala Developers was being recognised as a potential market leader in the real estate industry. Success repeated itself at Krisala Developers with the launch of 41 Elite at Tathawade – the entire project was sold out in an hour! It was an unforgettable moment in the story of Krisala Developers – a moment that set precedent for several similar successes that followed in the years after.
Having tasted success in Real Estate, we decided to spread our wings across other domains. We launched our first restaurant, Tirangi Rassa Misal, which has 9 branches in Pune and Aurangabad today.
We launched 41 Estera Phase 2 – offering 2 & 3 BHK Homes in Punawale. 70% of the homes were sold in a day.
We also launched our first restaurant ‘Tatva’, a 6000 sq. ft. fine dining establishment in Baner, Pune.
We launched 41 Earth offering 2 BHK homes, our second project in Tathawade. Half the homes were sold in the first week itself.
We also launched 41 Evoke, a residential project offering 2 & 3 BHK Homes in Ravet. 41 Evoke was sold out within 27 days.
41 Elite 2.0 was launched in Tathawade with 130+ units sold in one day!
We at Krisala Developers were starting to be recognised as the leader of the real estate industry in PCMC. 41 Cosmo, a revolutionary project offering 2.25, 2.5 & 2.75 BHK Homes was launched in Tathawade. 41 Cosmo became the talk of the nation, and that of the upper circles of the real estate industry. Phase 1 was sold out, and phase 2 was launched shortly thereafter.
We also launched 41 CityHub, our first purely commercial venture in the buzzing business district of Hadapsar, Pune. Krisala Developers was going places, and the market awaits with baited breath to see what is going to follow.
